La Conca del Sogno, (Day activity: Lunch and Beach club) Be prepared for an expensive but fabulous day. Seafood and pasta is fantastic, the locations is breathtaking and cocktails be flowing! After lunch move to the beach club section for a swim and tan. Make sure you book well in advance and you’ll need to organise your own transport unless you’re a guest at the hotel. We hired a boat from the main beach to pick us up at 1pm and drive us around 5-6pm, latest pick up time. Return boat cost around 200+ Euro!

Adolfo (Day activity: Lunch and Beach club) Again book well in advance. This place gets absolutely booked out and they dont accept walk in. Head to the main pier in Positano and get the Aldolfo boat (free) or another provider (should be no more 10 Euro each). Aim to be there around 11.30am, hire a deck chair in front order some drinks, until its time to feast! The beach starts to get busy around 12pm. The restaurant is super old school, very basic chairs and tables on the sand, It’s all about the food, you’ll understand when you take your first bite. The menu has no prices hahah dont worry its not too pricey (70-100 Euro for 2 depending on what you order. Make sure you get the peach wine (aka Pesche in Vino), was a favourite of mine!

One Fire Beach (Day Activity), has to be by the most instagrammed and recognised beach in Italy. Orange sun beds, matching umbrellas and Aperol sprits floating around everywhere… Yep! That’s the one.  Head there around 1pm where it really picks up. You can get there by boat or by car. Costs about 30 Euro from our hotel (Conca Dora). Around 4.30pm the staff start dancing and cutting up watermelon for everyone there – a little strange but it’s entertaining.

Next 2, (Dinner) Modern Italian food in an elegant linen white clothed casual dining space! We had dinner here twice, it was that good! Book well in advance.

Restaurant Mediterraneo  (Lunch or Dinner) is a family run restaurant serving seriously good seafood dishes from their traditional Italian menu. So much care is taken and the food is made and served with love. Prefect for lunch and dinner, walks in accepted.

Isle of Capri and Blue Grottos (Day Activity) This is definitely on the touristy side of things but it’s a must. You’ll need to do a little research for the best options that suits your day, we did 2 swims in the Blue Grottos, were lucky enough to see the dolphins which our final destination being the Isle of Capri for lunch, swimming and exploring. Its a whole day event and by the end you will be super tired as you’re in the sun the whole day.

Head to Music on the Rocks (Late Night Drinks), 12pm onwards  (close to Francos)

(Sunset Drinks) For a gorgeous view and divine cocktails head to Franco’s Bar at 3-4pm for drinks

Stop by Missoni (Shop) and stock up on stunning towels! (Close to Francos)

Hotel Conca Dora (Stay) Our hotel was central but away from the main beach, personally much preferred as its less touristy. Walk to main beach is 15-20 mins or catch a bus. The Rooms are small but big enough for what you need (sleep, shower, take in the stunning view). The staff are super friendly, the main restaurant has a panoramic view and yhey offer a good breakfast buffet. There’s no swimming pool but your very close to the beach (Lots of stairs to get down there! Great workout). Hotel will organize transport to pick you up from the Naples airport.

Tip: If you want a hotel with a view you will have to get use to the stairs! Also always have cash on you, you’ll need someone from the hotel to assist with taking your suitcases up the stairs.
